The Site is intended for personal, non‑commercial use. We sell both new (deadstock) and pre‑owned products. All orders are subject to availability, verification, and our acceptance.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase, or have verifiable consent of a parent/guardian.
• You represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you are not barred from using the Site under applicable law.

3. Accounts & Security

• You may create an account for faster checkout and order tracking. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders for any reason permitted by law.

4. Product Information & Authenticity

• We provide detailed product information, including condition grades for pre‑owned items and measurements where applicable. Color display may vary by device and we cannot guarantee that your display accurately reflects product colors.
• Authenticity: Every piece is inspected with season/SKU matching, tag and stitch checks, and documentation. We stand behind our lifetime authenticity guarantee associated to your order’s inspection report.
• Deadstock (new) items are identified as such; pre‑owned items include specific condition notes. Any accessories (bags, stickers, etc.) included will be listed explicitly.

5. Pricing, Taxes & Payments

• Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We use transparent markdowns (e.g., seasonal clearance, duplicate stock). There is no official Supreme outlet.
• Applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
• We accept major payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the full amount of your order, including taxes, shipping, and any applicable fees.

6. Orders & Acceptance

• Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not signify acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we ship your order and send a shipment confirmation.
• We may refuse or cancel an order due to suspected fraud, pricing or typographical errors, inability to verify payment, product unavailability, or violation of these Terms.
• If an order is canceled after your card has been charged, we will issue a prompt refund to the original payment method.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship from the United States. Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier’s delivery scan.

• Undeliverable packages (wrong address, refusal, unclaimed) may be returned to us. We will contact you for re‑shipment options; additional shipping fees may apply.

8. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 30 days on unworn items with all tags and accessories as received. See our full Refund & Returns Policy for instructions and exclusions.
• If we make an authenticity error, we cover return shipping and issue a full refund after inspection.
• Original shipping costs are generally non‑refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise.

9. Cancellations & Changes

• Orders begin processing quickly. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or update an address. We cannot guarantee changes after submission.
• We reserve the right to cancel due to stock discrepancies, payment issues, or suspected policy violations.

10. Promotions, Pricing Errors & Gift Cards

• Promotions are subject to their stated terms and may not be combined unless explicitly allowed. We may modify or end promotions at any time.
• In case of pricing or availability errors, we may cancel affected orders and refund any amounts charged.
• Gift cards and promo codes are non‑transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may be subject to expiration or additional terms.

11. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the Site, including by scraping, reverse engineering, circumventing security, submitting fraudulent orders, interfering with operation, or posting unlawful content.
• We may monitor, restrict, or block access to protect the Site and our users, consistent with applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property & Brand Notice

• All content on the Site (text, images, graphics, layout, code) is owned by or licensed to SupremeStore Online and is protected by intellectual property laws.
• “Supreme” and associated marks are trademarks of their respective owners. SupremeStore Online is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official outlet of Supreme New York or any other third party unless explicitly stated.
• You may not use our trademarks, trade dress, or content without prior written consent.

13. Reviews & User Content

• By submitting content (reviews, photos, comments), you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Site and our marketing.
• You represent that you own or control the rights to the content and that it does not infringe or violate any law or rights of others. We may edit or remove content at our discretion.
