How do I start a return?
Reply to your order email or use the contact form with your order number and “Return” as the topic. We’ll provide a prepaid label if eligible.
Do you sell new or pre-owned items?
Both. Deadstock items are labeled; pre-owned items include condition grades, measurements, and any wear notes at the top of the listing.

Do you have a Supreme outlet or big markdowns?
There is no official Supreme outlet. Any sale reflects duplicate stock or seasonal clearance and includes a short explanation.
