Key shipping highlights

Shipping methods

  • Economy — 3–6 business days Best value. Delivery window varies by distance from NY.
  • Standard — 2–4 business days Balanced speed and cost for most addresses.
  • Expedited — 1–2 business days Orders placed by 1:00 PM ET ship same business day when possible.
  • Overnight — 1 business day Rates and availability shown at checkout; not available to PO boxes/APO.

Carriers: UPS, USPS, and FedEx. The system selects the optimal service by speed, reliability, and your address.

Rates & thresholds

  • Exact rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and method.
  • Free Standard shipping on qualifying US orders over $150 after discounts.
  • Signature confirmation may be added on orders over $500 for security.
Pro tip: Need it for a Thursday fit? Choose Expedited before 1:00 PM ET (Mon–Fri).

Processing & handling

  • Orders placed Mon–Fri process within 1–2 business days.
  • Expedited orders placed before 1:00 PM ET typically ship the same day.
  • Orders placed after cutoff, weekends, or holidays ship the next business day.
  • Peak periods (major drops/holidays) may add 1 business day.

Packaging & verification

  • Each item is inspected and photo-verified before packing.
  • Deadstock ships with original packaging when available.
  • We use right-sized, recyclable packaging to reduce waste.

Address types

  • Residential/Business: All methods available.
  • PO Box: Ships via USPS methods only (no UPS/FedEx overnight).
  • APO/FPO/DPO: Ships via USPS; delivery windows vary by military processing.

International shipping

Currently we ship within the United States. For special arrangements, contact [email protected] and we’ll review options on a case-by-case basis.

Tracking & delivery

  • Tracking is emailed as soon as your label is created.
  • Updates appear after the first carrier scan (usually within 12–24 hours).
  • Delivery estimates exclude weekends/holidays unless specified by the carrier.
  • Split shipments may occur at no extra cost to speed delivery.

Delays, losses, or damage

  • If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, contact us and we’ll open a trace.
  • Items damaged in transit: keep all packaging and photos; we’ll file a claim.
  • Porch security: signature may be required for high-value orders.

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Expedited orders placed before 1:00 PM ET typically ship the same business day.

Contact us immediately. If the package hasn’t shipped, we’ll update the address. If it’s in transit, we’ll attempt a carrier intercept or reroute where available (fees may apply).

We may require signature on high-value orders or at customer request. If porch security is a concern, reply to your confirmation email and ask us to add signature.

Orders process Mon–Fri. Carriers may deliver on Saturdays depending on service and location.
