Return eligibility
- Return window: 30 days from delivery date.
- Condition:
- Deadstock (new) items must be unworn and include all original packaging, tags, stickers, bags, and accessories.
- Pre-owned items must be returned in the exact received condition with tags/accessories as applicable.
- Permitted: brief try-on in a clean environment.
- Not permitted: visible wear, odors (smoke, fragrance), stains, pet hair, alterations, or missing components.
Non-returnable items
- Items marked Final Sale or Clearance.
- Underwear/socks and face coverings if packaging is opened.
- Sealed accessory packs (e.g., sticker sets) once opened.
- Gift cards and store credits.
- Custom-tailored or special-order items if noted on the product page.
Return shipping costs
- If we made a mistake (wrong item, authenticity issue, item arrived damaged/defective), we cover return shipping with a prepaid label.
- For size/fit or change-of-mind returns, customers cover return shipping. Use a trackable service and keep your receipt.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
Exchanges
To secure stock, place a new order for the item you want and return the original for a refund. Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll refund to your original payment method.
Refunds & timing
- Inspection time after we receive your return: typically 2–3 business days.
- Refund posting time after approval: 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Refund method: original payment method only.
- If a return arrives not in original condition, we may decline the return or return it to you.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll resolve it quickly and provide a prepaid return label when applicable.

Every item we sell is verified. If an item you purchased from us is ever proven inauthentic with credible documentation, we will:

- Issue a full refund upon receipt

International returns
- International returns are accepted; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error.
- Duties and taxes paid at checkout or on delivery are typically non-refundable. You may claim them with your local customs authority where applicable.
- Mark the package as “Return of goods” and include your order number to avoid delays.
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for return authorization (RMA) and instructions. In eligible cases we will send a prepaid label.
- Pack items securely with all original packaging and place your RMA inside the box.
- Ship using the provided label or your chosen trackable service. Keep your receipt.

Returns FAQ
Can I return part of a multi-item order?
Yes, partial returns are fine as long as each item meets eligibility requirements.
Holiday return window
Orders delivered between November 15 and December 31 qualify for extended returns through January 15 of the following year, provided items remain in returnable condition.
Do you charge restocking fees?
No restocking fees for approved returns in original condition.
My package says delivered but I didn’t receive it
Contact the carrier first to open a trace. Then email us with your case number and order details for assistance.
How do gifts work?
We can issue store credit to the gift recipient upon request after the returned item is inspected and approved.
